Like father like son. Max Regnery runs Pine Hollow Stables like his father and grandfather before him. He cares about his students and shares their emotions, no matter what they are.

Max is an amazing rider and used to be a member of the National Equestrian Team. He knows and teaches his students that good horsemanship goes beyond the skills of riding a horse. Max cannot stand lazziness and makes sure all his students help in the barn.

Max is in no hurry to settle down, until he meets a city journalist, Deborah Hale. Their wedding had it doubts but The Saddle Club save the day with the help of other Pine Hollow students and the two were married at Pine Hollow with the students as witnesses.
